If you’ve arrived here today, there’s a solid chance you’re parenting on fumes.
Maybe your child had a meltdown because their banana was too bendy.
Maybe their teacher emailed you again. Or perhaps you have no idea how to get them into school.
Maybe your toddler bit their sibling, the dog, and the couch.
Or maybe you’re just wondering if it’s normal for a 7-year-old to ask, “Do clouds ever get sad?” at 10:42 PM on a school night.
Wherever you are in the parenting universe:
Hello. We see you. You’re doing your best. And wow—you’re doing great.
In our practice, kids don’t need to sit still, make eye contact, speak on command, or pretend they have it all figured out. Honestly, neither do grown-ups. We’ve all had days when the laundry wins, the dishes glare at us, and someone cries in the car (sometimes it’s the child… sometimes it’s the parent… sometimes it’s both, harmonizing).
We bring professional training, lived experience, and a sense of humor that has helped us survive everything from toddler tantrums to middle-school attitude to school avoidance. Our job is to help your child feel safe, supported, and totally free to be their weird, wonderful selves—whether that means talking through big feelings, building skills, or guiding a parent through co-regulation with their child.
Therapy with us looks like:
Most of all, we believe parents need a place where they can breathe. Really breathe. The “let your shoulders drop an inch” kind of breathe.
So if you’re overwhelmed, hopeful, worried, curious, exhausted, or just trying to figure out why your child acts like a lawyer negotiating pretty much everything these days.… we’re here for you.
Come on in. You’re among people who get it.
And yes—snacks are always allowed.
